Rainier Cherry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, optional
- 4 to 6 tablespoons chopped Chukar® Dried Rainier Cherries
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, vanilla or almond extract, maple syrup, and dried cherries. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the mixture between two jars and seal each with a lid. Let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least six hours. Top with Chukar® Sweet Cherry Preserves, Greek yogurt, nuts, seeds, or additional dried cherries.
