Ingredients
- 1 jar Chukar® Sour Cherry or Triple Cherry Pie Filling
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Pour a jar of Chukar® Sour Cherry or Triple Cherry Pie Filling into a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir in the melted butter and work dough until it begins to come together.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the cherry filling.
- Bake until crumble top is golden and fruit is bubbly, about 35 minutes.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
